摘　　要：人民警察的权利，往往得不到社会及法律的重视与保障。如何更好的赋予人民警察应有的权利，成为了人民警察做好本职工作的前提条件。“工欲善其事，必先利其器”便是这个道理。如今在警校培养高素质警务专业人才的背景下。从制度与实践真正做好人民警察的权利保障工作，才是真正尊重时刻坚守在岗位上人民警察，也为警校生走入人民警察行业有效执行公权带来一抹绿意。The right of the people＇s police, often can not get the attention of the society and the legal and security. How best to give the people＇s police rights, become the premise of the people＇s police completes the labor of duty. ＂To do a good job, must first sharpen his＂ is this truth.
