摘　　要：土地作为中国封建社会最重要的生产资料,其所有权的方式是多种多样的。国家、地主、使用人三者之间的关系,在一定程度上可以说是传统社会中最复杂、最微妙的财产关系之一,不论是在权利的管理方面还是收益的分配方面,都充满了这三方力量的博弈。通过对《孔府档案》的解读,可以较为全面的了解到当时社会的面貌,充实、丰富研究的内容,同时,深入挖掘传统社会中民事法律关系处理中的积极因素,对于今日协调物权关系,保障社会发展也有着重要的借鉴意义。Land as the most important means of production Chinese feudal society, the way ownership is varied.
