烟台市养老机构高龄老人身心状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨烟台市养老机构高龄老人的睡眠、日常活动等身体状况和抑郁、焦虑、孤独等心理状况及其影响因素,为提高老人生活质量提供参考依据。方法:采用一般情况量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对烟台市养老机构中高龄老人150名进行调查和访谈。结果:150名高龄老人中有65名(43.3%)具有不同程度的焦虑症状,其中轻度焦虑10名(6.7%),中度焦虑50名(33.3%),重度焦虑5名(3.3%);有25名(16.7%)有不同程度的抑郁症状,其中轻度抑郁15名(10%),中至重度抑郁10名(6.7%);睡眠质量很好20名(13.3%),睡眠质量还行25名(16.7%),睡眠质量一般80名(53.3%),睡眠质量很差25名(16.7%)。结论:养老机构中部分高龄老人在抑郁、焦虑、睡眠质量等方面存在问题,应重视养老机构中高龄老人的生活心理状态,加强健康教育和心理支持,提高老人的生活质量和满意度。Objective： Investigate and analyze of physical and mental status such as depression,anxiety and loneliness of the elder in nursing homes in Yantai,and also to explore the influencing factors. Methods： A total of 150 senile people in 5 nursing homes in Yantai received the surveys and interviews by using the simple scale,Selfelf- rating Depression Scale（ SDS）,Self- rating Anxiety Scales（ SAS）,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI）. Results： Among the 150 senile people in the nursing homes,65 senile people（ 43. 3%） had different degrees of anxiety,10 with mild anxiety（ 6. 7%）,50 with moderate anxiety（ 33. 3%）,and 5 with severe anxiety（ 3. 3%）; 25 senile people（ 16. 7%） had different degrees of depressive symptoms,15 with mild depression（ 10%）,and 10 with moderate to severe depression（ 6. 7%）. 20 cases had very good sleep quality（ 13. 3%）,25 with relatively good sleep quality（ 16. 7）,80 cases with general sleep quality（ 53. 3%）,25 cases with poor sleep（ 16. 7%）. Conclusion： Some senile people in nursing homes still suffering depression,anxiety and problems of sleep quality. Attention should be paid to the mental and physical state of the elder in nursing homes provide health education and psychological support,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the elder.
