The Effects of Qishenyiqi Pills on Blood Viscosity and Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：综合征 不是一个单一病因、单一系统的独立的疾病单元，是一种模糊概念；是归纳一些具有一定内在联系，由多病因或病因不明引起的两个或两个以上器官或系统的病征；是一组临床综合征，如库欣综合征。Objective To investigate the effects of qishenyiqi pills of blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Tianmen First People＇s Hospital from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2015 were included in the study and divided into an observation group （n = 42 ） and a control group （n = 42 ） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with oral trimetazidine,20 mg per time,3 times a day;the observation group was added with Qishenyiqi pill,0. 5 g each time,3 times a day. Both groups were treated for six weeks as a course of treatment. The therapeutic effect, blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group[97.6% （41/42） vs 78.6% （33/42） ] ,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05 ）. After treatment, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity at low shear value, whole blood viscosity at high shear value of the observation group were lower than the control group [ （1.1±0.28 ） mPa · s vs （1.52±0.31） mPa·s, （7.02±1.22） mPa·s vs （7.92±1.15） mPa·s, （4.02±0.82） mPa· s vs （4.72±0. 39 ） mPa·s ], the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, von Willebrand factor, endothelin of the observation group were lower than the control group[ （78 ± 5 ） % vs （98 ±5 ） %, （50 ±8） ng/L vs （67±7） ng/L] ,nitric oxide was higher than the control group [ （57±4） μmol/L vs （44 ± 5 ） μmol/L], the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Qishenyiqi pills can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with coronary heart disease, improve blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function of the patients, which is good for the prognosis.
