摘 要:以ZnSe:Mn/ZnSe纳米晶体为基础,分析了Mn^(2+)离子在纳米晶体中的扩散行为.通过电子顺磁共振(EPR)谱参数确定Mn^(2+)离子处在纳米晶体内部.考虑到合成过程,确定Mn^(2+)离子处于纳米晶体的核壳界面.通过荧光光谱来揭示不同退火温度和退火时间下的纳米晶体的光学性质.不同退火条件情况下纳米晶体中各元素的含量由电感耦合等离子体(ICP)发射光谱得到.随着退火温度的增加和退火时间的延长,相同物质的量的纳米晶体中Mn元素含量逐渐变小直到为零,Zn和Se的含量几乎不变.相同退火温度不同退火时间下的电子透射显微镜照片说明退火对纳米晶体的形貌和粒径几乎没有影响.Based on ZnSe:Mn/ZnSenanocrystals(NCs),the diffusion of Mn^2+ ions in NCs was analyzed.Mn^2+ ions were in the interior of NCs,which was indicated by the parameters of electronic parameter resonance(EPR)spectra.Considering the synthesis process,Mn^2+ ions were suggested to be at the interface of the core and shell in the NCs.Photoluminescent spectra were used to explore the luminescent properties of NCs annealed under different temperature in different time.The content of each element was gained by inductive coupled plasma(ICP)emissive spectra.With the increasing annealing temperature and annealing time,the content of Mn in NCs decreased to zero,while the content of Zn and Se kept unchangeable.The morphology and size of NCs under the same annealing temperature and different annealing time were not affected by annealing,which was indicated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images.
