摘　　要：代建制在我国许多政府投资项目中得到了应用,也取得了显著的成效。本文在介绍代建单位的选择及代建合同的签订、代建职责的履行等内容的基础上,对我国推行公路代建过程中存在的问题进行了全面分析,提出了解决问题的思路,列举了可以采取的一些保证措施。Agent system was adopted in many constructions of government investment projects in our country, and achieved remarkable effect. This article basically introduced the selection of agent construction enterprise, construction contract, and the course of duty, etc., then made a comprehensive analysis of existing problems for the process of adopting the road agent construction in our country. The solution and guarantee measures were given at last.
