摘　　要：通过对我国工业建筑和诊断改造业的发展,以及《工业建筑可靠性鉴定标准》产生发展的分析,阐述了该《标准》对我国工业建筑和民用建筑诊断改造业的指导、推动作用,同时对我国工业产能提高,技术改造过程中确保生产安全,实现可持续发展,建设绿色生态文明起到了推动作用.Through the analysis of development of industrial construction and diagnosis reconstruction in China, as well as the creation and development of standard for appraisal of reliability of industrial buildings and structures, which has certain instruction and the reference function to diagnosis reconstruction of industrial and civil buildings in China, the positive influence of the criterion for industrial capacity improvement, safety production in technical modification, sustainable development realization and ecological civilization development were elaborated in this paper.
