摘  要:磷危机出现令地球人不安,因为没了磷便意味着人类食物即刻断档.为此,目前以欧盟为先导的国家率先开发许多从污水/污泥、动物粪尿中回收磷的技术并用于工程实践.这些磷回收工艺着手于污水、污泥处理过程中的富磷液相环节,主要集中于生物除磷工艺的厌氧区污泥上清液和消化污泥分离液.同时,动物粪尿及养殖废水亦是富磷之地,可采用类似污水/污泥磷回收方法予以回收.详细介绍各磷回收工艺特点及磷回收效果,同时,对欧盟有关磷回收的最新政策——《欧盟肥料管理提案》也予以阐述.Emergence of phosphorus crisis makes human being feel upset, as our foods would be run out due to lack of phosphorus for crops' growth. For this reason, European countries develop and apply many techniques of phosphate recovery from wastewater/sludge and animal manure/urine. These techniques focus on phosphate-rich liquors from wastewater and sludge, mainly locating on anaerobic supernatant and digested liquor. At the same time, animal manure/urine and/or wastewater are also phosphate-rich sources, and so those techniques of phosphate recovery for wastewater/sludge can also be applied. With this article, technical characteristics and effects of phosphate recovery are introduced, and a new EU policy (the EU Fertilizer Regulation) about phosphate recovery is also elucidated.
