摘 要:以长庆王窑联合站乳化液分离出的采出水中固体颗粒为研究对象,应用显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和EDS能谱仪,研究乳化液宏观特性及其分离出的固、水和油相,揭示采出水中固体颗粒形成机制和物理特性。结果表明,乳化液分离出的固体颗粒主要是随原油开采地层中的石英、长石和粘土等矿物,占固体颗粒总重86.4%,还有腐蚀的产物Fe S,总硫186.69mg/L;乳化液分离出的采出水中硫含量151 mg/L、总铁是55.2 mg/L,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)含量在10~4~10~5之间,高矿化度地层水因为温度、压力降低析出的垢晶悬浮在采出水中;乳化液分离出的油胶质/沥青质含量5.65%,大量的吸附在乳化液中的油水界面处。This is a study on the suspended solids in oilfield product water of Changqing oilfield company in Wangyao. Through the study of macroscopic characteristics of the emulsion and separated solid, oilfield product water and oil - phase characteristics,it was revealed the formation mechanism and physical stability properties of the suspended solids in oilfield product water with microscopy, X - ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X -ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results showed that suspended solids from the emulsion water mainly were quartz, feldspar and clay, accounted for 86.4% of the total weight, and corrosion product of FeS, total sulfur 186.69 mg/L. The analysis of produced water showed sulfur content of 151 mg/L, total iron content was 55.2 rag/L, sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) levels between 104 -/05, so a large number of produced water scaled the crystal suspension in produced water because of temperature, pressure reducing. The analysis of oil showed that isolated/asphaltene content was 5.65% ,which mostly adsorbed at the interface between the oil -water interface in emulsion water.
