摘　　要：舞台监督在舞台演出中担任着重要的指挥调度角色,同时也是安全管理环节的协调者和执行者。为确保观演人员和工作人员的安全,舞台监督调度工作应制定合理有效的应急预案措施。本文从演出场所应急预案的必要性角度出发,分析了舞台在安全技术管理方面提出的具体要求,研究了针对演出场所的应急预警机制,总结并提出了针对突发事件的应急响应措施。本文的研究有利于完善舞台监督调度系统的监控机制和加强剧场演出运行的安全管理,具有重要的现实意义。Stage manage is not only the important control role for stage performance,but also the coordinator and executor for security management. To ensure the safety of audiences and staffs,it is required to develop effective predetermined plans of emergency. According to its necessity for performing places,we have analyzed the detail requirements of stage security and control technique,then proposed the response action for relative emergency. Our research will be beneficial for improving the stage surveillance and scheduling system,and strengthening the security management,which had great significance for modern theaters.
