摘　　要：基因组学是当今生命科学领域中一门快速发展的前沿学科,是生物信息专业和生命科学其他相关专业的重要课程。经过多年的教学实践,总结了文献精读模式在教学中的应用,全面分析了文献精读开设的背景、文献的选择,课程组织和考核评价等,为其他院校的基因组学课程教学提供参考。Genomics, a rapid developing frontiers discipline in the life science field,is Biological Information and life science and other related professional courses. Based on long term teaching practices, this paper sumarized the literature--based learning model on the application of the teaching, analyzed this model including background, literature selection, course organization and assessment. The reform will provide a reference for the teaching work of Genomics in other colleges.
