摘　　要：目的检测血清白细胞介素2和白细胞介素12水平在先兆流产患者中的表达。方法选择我院妇产科收治的正常妊娠早期女性60例以及先兆流产的60例患者作为本次对比观察对象,其中先兆流产的60例产妇在检测过程中采用了酶联免疫吸附法。针对患者的IL-12以及IL-2血清加以检测。结果相比于对照组,先兆流产患者表现出偏高的血清检测水平。经过保胎治疗,患者的血清水平也相应降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-2、IL-12水平升高可能与先兆流产的发生、发展有关。Objective The expression of serum interleukin 2 and interleukin 12 levels in patients with threatened abortion. Methods Early normal pregnancy women in our hospital from 60 cases of threatened abortion and 60 cases of patients as the observation object, including 60 cases of maternal threatened abortion in the detection process using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and serum IL-2 detection in patients with IL-12. Results Compared with the control group, the patients with threatened abortion showed a high level of serum detection. After conservative treatment, the serum level of patients decreased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The elevation of serum IL-2 and IL-12 levels may be related to the occurrence and development of threatened abortion.
