摘　　要：目的分析空心加压螺钉与钢丝张力带内固定微创治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法选择本院收取的60例髌骨骨折患者,按照住院顺序分成对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组采用克氏针张力带治疗,而观察组采用空心加压螺钉联合钢丝张力带内固定微创治疗。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床时间均少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用空心加压螺钉与钢丝张力带内固定微创治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果显著,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of internal fixation with hollow compression screw and steel wire tension band for the treatment of patella fracture. Methods 60 cases of patellar fracture in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of hospitalization, 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with tension band, while the observation group was treated with hollow compression screw combined with steel wire tension band internal fixation. Results Observation group operation time, intraoperative blood loss, get out of bed time are less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of hollow compression screw and steel wire tension band fixation of minimally invasive treatment of patellar fracture has significant clinical effect, high safety.
