品管圈活动在口腔颌面外科患者胃管护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低口腔颌面外科患者胃管管道缺陷的效果。方法成立品管圈,选定"降低口腔颌面外科胃管管道缺陷"为活动主题,进行现状把握、设定目标、分析原因及制定对策。结果实施品管圈活动前患者胃管自拔率为25.0%,实施后为6.3%(P<0.05);且圈员的能力均较活动前有所提升。结论品管圈活动的开展有助于降低口腔颌面外科患者胃管管道缺陷,降低胃管自拔率,有较好的临床疗效广。Objective To investigate the QCC in reducing oral and maxillofacial surgery of patients with gastric tube pipeline defect effect. Methods The establishment of quality control circle, select ＂reduce pipeline of oral and maxillofacial surgery of gastric tube defects＂ as the theme, to grasp the current status, goal setting, analysis of causes and countermeasures. Results The implementation of QCC. Patients with gastric tube rate was 25%, after the implementation of 6.3%（P〈0.05）. And the ability of the circle members are higher than before the event. Conclusion Through quality control circle to help reduce the oral and maxillofacial surgery of patients with gastric tube pipeline defects, reduce the rate of gastric tube to extricate themselves, has a good curative effect and wide.
