摘　　要：目的探讨成人膝关节正常半月板T2值的范围并评价定量T2-mapping技术在膝关节半月板损伤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法搜集膝关节外伤患者30例(病例组)及正常志愿者30名(对照组),均行1.5 T常规MR、多回波自旋回波序列T2-mapping扫描。分析正常半月板各区域T2值的范围及其差异性;比较病例组与对照组半月板T2值的差异性。结果正常膝关节内侧半月板的T2值为(15.44±1.00)ms,外侧半月板的T2值为(16.23±1.29)ms,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);66.7%(20/30)的半月板损伤发生于左侧膝关节;76.0%(38/50)的半月板损伤发生于内侧或外侧半月板的后角;病例组的半月板T2值[(20.54±0.66)ms]高于对照组[(15.84±1.01)ms],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常成人半月板的T2值为(15.84±1.01)ms;损伤患者半月板的T2值高于正常成人,T2-mapping成像可以对没有形态学变化的半月板损伤进行定量分析。Objective To discuss the range of T2 value of normal knee joint meniscus and to evaluate the clinical value of quantitative T2-mapping in the diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury. Methods Thirty trauma patients（ the casegroup） and thirty healthy volunteers（ the control group） underwent conventional MRI and T2-mapping scanning using a 1.5 T MR system,then analysis of the range of T2 value of each horn of normal meniscus and their differences was done as well as comparing the differences of meniscus T2 values between the case group and control group. Results The T2 value of medial meniscus of the normal knee was（ 15. 44 ± 1. 00） ms,the T2 value of lateral meniscus was（ 16. 23 ± 1. 29） ms,there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. 66. 7%（ 20 /30） of the meniscal damage occurred in the left knee joint; 76. 0%（ 38 /50） of the meniscus injury occurred in the posterior horn of medial or lateral meniscus; The meniscus T2 values of the injury group（ 20. 54 ± 0. 66） was higher than the control group（ 15. 84 ± 1. 01） ms（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The T2 value of normal adult meniscus was（ 15. 84 ± 1. 01） ms; the T2 values of injured meniscus was higher than the normal. T2-mapping technology can quantitatively analyse the difference between normal and injury meniscus.
