益智提取物对肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠的补肾缩尿影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益智提取物是否对肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠具有补肾缩尿作用。方法:按文献给予大鼠腺嘌呤(250 mg/kg)灌胃造模,给予益智提取物治疗,观察大鼠的尿液情况,并检测大鼠血浆CAMP和ALD的改变。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型大鼠的血浆CAMP含量显著升高(P<0.01),血清ALD含量明显降低(P<0.05);益智提取物(石油醚部位)组血浆CAMP含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.05),血清ALD含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:益智提取物能够明显减少肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠的尿量,并提高其血CAMP和ALD水平。Objective ：To investigate the influence of the reducing urination and nourishing kidney in rats with kidney - Yang deficiency after treatment by alpinia oxyphylla extracts. Methods：The rats were randomized into 6 groups, such as model group, normal control group, positive control group, drug group of Alpinia oxyphyllae extract by mineral ether. After intragastric administration on the model groups rats with adenine （250 mg/kg） of 4 weeks, respectively treatmented with alpinia oxyphylla extracts, the influence of urine, CAMP and ALD of rats were observed. Results：To be compared with normal control group, the content of plasma CAMP significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and serum ALD content significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）of model rats group; Compared with model rats group, the content of plasma CAMP（ P 〈 0.05 ） and serum ALD （P 〈 0.01 ） significantly increased of alpinia oxyphylla extracts group. Conclusion：alpinia oxyphylla extracts could decrease the urine, and increase the content of CAMP and ALD in model rats on the kidney - Yang deficiency.
