毓麟珠治疗脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察毓麟珠治疗脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法:将56例卵巢早衰患者随机分成两组,治疗组28例,采用中药毓麟珠加西药克龄蒙治疗;对照组26例,只采用西药克龄蒙,3个月为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程后停药观察1个疗程。主要观察两组的低刺激素症状改善情况及激素水平变化。结果:两组治疗后临床低雌激素证候群改善情况比较,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后促卵泡生成素(FSH)和血清雌二醇(E2)与治疗前比较,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后两组血清黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显下降,与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);停药时治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.86%和88.46%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0105);停药后3个月治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.86%和76.92%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:毓麟珠配合激素治疗可以改善脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者症状,改善卵巢功能作用持久,疗效稳定,具有较强优势。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yulinzhu to Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type of premature ovarian failure （POF）. Methods： A total of 56 patients with POF were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group~ 28 patients used Yulinzhu with hormone therapy. Twenty - six cases in the control group used the hor- mone therapy. Three months was a course of treatment. After two courses of continuous treatment and one course withdra- wing,observe the changes of main low - hormone symptoms and hormone levels. Results ： After treatment, the treatment group＇ s clinical syndromes of low - hormone were obviously improved compared to the control group＇ s and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, FSH and E2 had significant improvement compared to the control group＇s and there were significant differences （P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, LH levels were significantly decreased com- pared with that before treatment and there were significant differences （P 〈 O. 05 ）. When withdrawing the treatment, the treatment group and the control group＇ s total efficiency was 92.86% and 88.46% respectively and there was no signifi- cant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Three months after withdrawing the treatment, the treatment group and control group＇ s total efficiency was 92.86% and 76.92%, respectively. And there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yulinzhu with hormone therapy can improve the symptoms of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type of POF patients, having a lasting effect on improve ovarian function and an effective and stable efficacy with a strong advantage.
