摘　　要：内毒素,又称脂多糖,是构成大多数革兰氏阴性细菌外膜外层的主要成分。内毒素的作用蛋白是抗内毒素药物开发的潜在靶点,跟踪最新的文献报道,对内毒素的受体结合蛋白进行分类总结,同时对当前抗内毒素治疗的途径进行归纳总结,给抗内毒素药物的开发带来一定的启示。Endotoxin,also known as lipopolysaceharide, is the major component of the outer monolayer of the outer membrane in most Gram - enzymenegative bacteria. The binding proteins of endotoxin are the potential target to drug discovery of anti - endotoxin. In this paper, the binding proteins of endotoxin were classified and the known anti - endotoxin therapeutics were summarized by following the newest publications on endotoxin, which is inspired to drug discovery of anti - endotoxin.
