摘  要:目的:观察疏风清热合剂对兔桡骨骨折早期骨组织形态与强度的影响。方法:将造模后的36只新西兰雄性家兔随机分成3组:模型对照组、生理盐水组、疏风清热合剂组,其中疏风清热合剂组于造模后以10 m L(kg·d)灌胃,实验中每5 d称重1次,根据体质量调节给药量。每日1次,连续给药10 d。生理盐水组给予同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃,对照组不做任何处理仅一起进行指标检测。通过X线检查,骨组织形态学分析与骨生物力学三点弯曲试验观察3组家兔骨组织形态与强度并进行对比。结果:疏风清热合剂组动物骨折处X线检查评分高于生理盐水组与对照组,骨组织形态分析骨痂成骨细胞计数疏风清热合剂组高于生理盐水组与对照组,骨生物力学三点弯曲试验示动物骨折处的抗弯曲能力疏风清热合剂组高于生理盐水组与对照组。结论:疏风清热合剂对家兔骨折早期有明显的促进愈合的作用。Objective: To observe the effects of bone tissue morphology and intensity on the early fracture healing by Shufengqingre mixture. Methods: Thirty - six mail New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:model group, saline group, Shufeng Qingre Mixture group. The rabbits in Shufeng Qingre Mixture group were given medicine by intragastric administration with 10 mL/(kg·d). Rabbits were weighed once every five days. Adjust the dose according to body weights. Once a day for consecutive 10 days. The rabbits in saline group were given the same dose of saline. Control group received no treatment. Observe three groups'bone tissue morphology and intensity by X-ray examination, bone tissue morphology analysis and bio- mechanics. Results: X- ray examination score was higher than the saline and control groups'. The osteoblasts count in bone callus tissue was more than the saline and control groups'. The bending load in bone bio - mechanics was more strong in Shufeng Qingre Mixture group than that in other two groups. Conclusion : Shufeng Qingre Mixture could promote the fracture to heal in early.
