摘  要:目的:探究由生甘草、白芍、白术、当归等9味中药组成的复方制剂便秘通对于治疗复方地芬诺酯致小鼠便秘的作用效果。方法:将小鼠随机分组,对小鼠进行便秘通治疗,利用复方地芬诺酯致小鼠便秘,观察便秘通对便秘小鼠的首次黑便排出时间、6 h内粪便数目、干重和小肠推进率的影响。结果:与复方地芬诺酯组相比,2.00 mg/kg组小鼠首粒黑便排出时间缩短54.52 min,小肠推进率提高24.93%,排便粒数和干重分别增加14.87和0.17 g。结论:便秘通能明显改善复方地芬诺酯所导致的小鼠便秘症状,促进小肠蠕动,为其临床有效性提供了实验依据。Objective : The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of Bianmitong in the treatment of compound diphenoxylae - induced constipation in mice. Methods : The mice were randomly divided to several groups and gavaged by Bianmitong. And then all mice with constipation were induced by compound diphenoxylate. The start time of defecation, the number and weight of feces within 6 h and the small intestinal transit were observed. Results : Compared with the constipation group, the high dose group (2.00 mg/kg) showed that the start time of defecation was shortened 54.52 min. The number and weight of feces within 6 h were increased 14.87 g and 0.17 g respectively. The small intestinal transit was improved 24.93%. Conclusion: Bianmitong can significantly improve defecation conditions and promote intestinal movements in this model. The experiment provides a clear evidence that Bianmitong could become an effective compound preparation to treat constipation.
