装载机传动系载荷谱测试方法及其数据处理

摘　　要：提出了传动系载荷谱测试方案,并得到装载机传动系典型且真实的载荷谱,以传动轴数据处理为对象,利用MATLAB编制相应的数据处理程序。通过对数据处理结果的分析和比较,表明了装载机传动系载荷谱测试方案、数据处理流程和编写的数据处理程序合理,数据处理结果达到预期的效果,比较符合装载机作业实际载荷信息;对装载机整体性能匹配、整体使用寿命预估以及其可靠性能提高有非常重要的参考意义。Test scheme for load spectrum of transmission system was proposed, based on which typical spectrum of transmission system of loader was obtained. By taking the data processing of transmission shaft as an object, related data processing programs were compiled with MATLAB. The test scheme, data processing as well as the programs are proven to be reasonable by the analysis and comparison of the data processing results. The data processing achieves expected results, which are in accordance with the actual load information of loader. The test method and data processing are of importance to the matching of overall performance, service life prediction and reliability improvement of loader.
