摘　　要：利用UG软件建立470型挖掘机三维模型,选取470型挖掘机最核心的零件松土器作为研究对象,分析了松土器在工作过程中的运动规律及受力特性,在对470型挖掘机松土器进行动力学及结构强度分析的基础上,优化了松土器的结构,有效增强了松土器抵抗变形的能力。the paper, creating a 3-D model of model 470 excavator with a UG software, selected the ripper, the core part in the model 470 excavator, as its research subject. It analyzed the movement rules and forces characteristics of the ripper during its working process. Based on analysis of the rippers on model 470 excavator in terms of its dynamics and structural strength, the paper optimized the structure of the ripper and effectively enhanced its deformation- resistence.
