摘 要:以钴含量10%的中晶粒、粗晶粒、超粗晶粒硬质合金为研究对象,研究了碳化钨晶粒度对硬质合金矫顽磁力、硬度、抗弯强度、断裂韧性、导热系数等性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳化钨晶粒度的增加,硬质合金的矫顽磁力、硬度和抗弯强度逐渐下降,导热系数和断裂韧性值逐渐增加。针对超粗晶粒硬质合金性能表征中碳化钨晶粒度偏差大的问题,提出了以矫顽磁力值来表征碳化钨晶粒度的观点。In this paper, WC-10%Co cemented carbide samples were prepared.The ettects ot gram size on coercive force, hardness, TRS, fracture toughness, thermal conductivity etc ,of the alloys were investigated. The results show that with the grain size increasing, the coercive force, hardness, TRS of cemented carbide reduce, but the fracture toughness and thermal conductivity of cemented carbide is increased. In view of the problem of large deviation of WC grain size characterization used in the ultra coarse grain cemented carbide, the coercive force to characterize the WC grain size was proposed.
