奶牛不同浓度酒精滴定阳性乳中体细胞数及乳酸水平分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同浓度酒精滴定阳性乳中的体细胞数量和乳酸度水平;方法:首先筛选出68%、72%、75%的酒精阳性乳奶牛,然后各组选择产奶量、胎次、年龄、泌乳期相近的奶牛6头,同时设立酒精阴性对照组。在第7、14和21 d采集全乳,测定体细胞数及乳酸的含量;结果:各组奶牛乳中的体细胞数平均值随时间的延长呈现下降的趋势,差异均不显著(P﹥0.05);各组乳酸含量在12.58-15.25°T之间,均属于正常范围,组内及组间差异均不显著(P﹥0.05);结论:酒精阳性乳既不会引起乳中体细胞数的改变,也不会影响其酸度,因此可以进行合理地利用。Objective： To investigate the somatic cell counts and lactic acid level in different concentration titration alcohol positive milk availability. Method： First screen out 68% 、72% 、75% alcohol positive milk,then each group consisted of cow 6 similar in milk production,parity,age,lactation period,at the same time to establish alcohol the negative control group. At 7,14 and 21 days to collect the milk,measure the somatic cell counts and lactic acid acidity content. Results： The somatic cell counts of each group with the extension of time presents downward trend,but differences were not significant（ P 〉0. 05）,each groups of lactic acid content is between 12. 58- 15. 25 ° T,all belong to the normal range,and no significant difference between groups（ P ﹥0. 05）. Conclusion： The alcohol positive milk did not cause the change of the somatic cell count in milk,also would not affect lactic acid level,and thus could be used reasonably.
