摘 要:为筛选出抗倒伏的玉米种质,对在大田环境下生长的72个玉米自交系进行了田间倒伏鉴定和抗倒伏相关性状的分析评价。结果表明:所测自交系的倒伏情况有着明显的差异,其中有37份自交系抗倒性优良,可用来获取抗倒伏基因,用于玉米育种中的抗倒伏育种。通径和相关分析显示,基部二节茎干重对倒伏率的影响最大(r=-0.846),其次是基部二节茎鲜重,再次是基部二节茎抗折力,此三者均与倒伏率极显著负相关,三者中基部二节茎抗折力的直接通径最大(P=0.737)。因此,在选育抗倒伏玉米自交系过程中,要提高基部二节茎的干鲜比,同时增大基部二节茎的抗折力。In order to screen out lodging- resistant corn breeding,this essay focuses on inbred line corn,lodging and lodging- resistant related analysis and evaluations,which had grown up in a big field where 72 lines corn seeds were planted. The outcomes reflected that different lines had different lodging qualities. Among the 72 lines,37 lines have very good lodging resistance which means they can provide good lodging genes,so as to apply to corn breeding. According to path analysis and the other related analysis,the dry weight of the second section stem in the root influenced the lodging resistant most( r = 0. 846); the second is the wet weight of the second stem in the root,the third is breaking- resistant strength of the second stem. The above are extremely negatively collated to lodging resistant quality. Among the three parameters,direct path parameters of the second stem breaking- strength was the biggest( P = 0. 737). So in choosing the lodging- resistant inbred line corn,we should improve dry and wet ratio and increase the breaking- strength in the second stem.
