高校大学生创业孵化基地创业帮扶功能研究——以安徽科技学院省级大学生创业孵化基地为例

摘　　要：本文将高校大学生创业孵化基地作为一种制度性的公共物品,分析其在解决大学生创业资源不足、促进高校知识资源与社会需求、企业发展的对接,扩大高校教育资源的溢出效应等多个方面发挥着不可替代的促进作用,通过实证发现在创业帮扶过程中还存在诸多的不足。并指出其未来要朝科技主导、产业对接、有效竞争、精准服务、高水平开放方向发展,深化创业帮扶功能。This paper analysed the irreplaceable role in the settlement of entrepreneurial resources shortage,promoting the docking of the university intellectual resources and the needs of society,enterprise development,expansion of the spillover effect of the high school educational resources etc. of the local university students business incubator,regards as a kind of system of public goods. It discovered that there are still many problems in entrepreneurial helping by empirical analysis. It pointed out that the university students business incubator should move in the direction of science and technology leading,industrial docking,effective competition,accurate service,high level of open direction to deepen the entrepreneurial helping function in the future.
