腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除术的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比研究腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法 120例阑尾炎患者随机分为LA组和OA组,各60例;LA组采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术,OA组采用开腹阑尾切除术,观察两组患者的疗效。结果所有患者均痊愈出院,无死亡情况发生;LA组患者手术时间、术中出血、术后疼痛、进食时间及住院时间均显著优于OA组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜阑尾手术在治疗各型阑尾炎的临床效果明显优于传统开腹手术,但腹腔镜阑尾切除术也存在一定程度的局限性。Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy （LA） and open appendectomy （OA） in the treatment of appendicitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with appendicitis were randomly divided into LA group and OA group, with 60 cases in each group LA group was treated by laparoscopic appendectomy, OA group was treated with open appendectomy. And the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results All patients were cured and discharged, no deaths occurred. The operation time, bleeding during the surgery, postoperative pain, eating time and hospitalization time of LA group were significantly superior to that of OA group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is obviously more effective than the traditional open surgery in the treatment of various types of late appendicitis . However, laparoscopic appendectomy is also limited to a certain extent.
