新时期高校辅导员专业化发展问题的研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员专业化发展既是加强辅导员队伍建设的方法,又是新时期高校学生管理的需要。文章以高校辅导员专业化发展问题为切入点,首先研究高校辅导员专业化的内涵及国内外培养现状,结合《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准》,提出高校辅导员专业化发展的举措,即提升高校辅导员的专业素养和业务能力。结合作者的多年辅导员工作实践,研究高校辅导员专业化发展问题,旨在建设一支具有高素质、高层次、专业化的高校辅导员队伍。Specialized development of college counselors is the method for strengthening counselor team building and the need for college student management under new situation. In this paper, we take the specialized development problem of college counselors as an entry point, firstly, study the connotation of the specialized development problem of college counselors and current training situation both at home and abroad. Then combining with ＂the professional ability standard of college counselors＂, we propose the measures for the specialized development problem of college counselors, which are improvement of professional quality and professional ability of college counselors. According to the author’s many years’ working practice, the aim of studying the specialized development problem of college counselors is to build a team of college counselors with high quality, high level and specialization.
