众创空间的内涵、功能搭建与机制——对广佛智城的实证

摘　　要："大众创业、万众创新"将成为中国经济发展的新引擎,基于"互联网+"的"双创活动"开展与众创空间建设方兴未艾。相关研究发现,众创空间存在复杂的生态系统和独特的内部功能系统及运行机制。文章通过分析"广佛智城"众创空间的建设历程、功能构成及其运作机制,揭示了众创空间空间规划和功能搭建的特点,以及众创空间在集聚产业要素和降低产业成本方面的重要作用。＂Mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ is going to be a new engine of Chinese economic growth. Relevant activities and spaces are becoming popular. Studies have revealed the complex ecosystem and unique functional and operational mechanism of mass innovation space. The paper analyzes the construction process, functional composition, and operation of ＂Guangzhou-Fosahn smart city＂ project, concludes the characteristics of spatial planning, and the importance of mass innovation space in gathering industrial elements and reducing cost.
