摘　　要：柚皮素属于二氢黄酮类天然化合物,是柚皮苷的苷元,主要存在于蔷薇科、芸香科、柑橘属植物中,具有重要的抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌等生物学效应。研究表明,其具有改善肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂、高血压和代谢综合征等作用。本文旨在对柚皮素与代谢综合征的相关研究进行综述,以期为代谢综合征及其相关疾病的防治提供新的理论依据。Naringenin is a kind of naringin aglycone which belongs to flavonoid. Rosaceae,rutaceae and citrus plants are good sources of naringenin. It was found to possess strong anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant and anticancer biologic activities. Naringenin was demonstrated to have potential health benefits for the improvement of obesity,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and metabolic syndrome（ MS）. This review focuses on the related research between naringenin and MS,which might enable the development of novel theoretical basis of MS and its related diseases.
