摘  要:采用NC-Ⅱ遗传交配设计,以铁7922及其9个改良系为母本,10个苏湾种质系为测验种,组配100个杂交组合,应用部分平衡格子方进行1年3点田间鉴定,评价优良玉米自交系铁7922的改良效果,探索改良新系的利用潜力。结果表明,改良新系T123、1164、QR29的利用价值大;440-4、1061、QR25具有一定的利用潜力;A26、A30、21170改良效果差、利用价值低;S273、S909、927、T32是良好的测验系。铁7922及其改良系×苏湾系杂交模式优势明显,可进一步应用瑞德×苏湾杂种优势模式。In order to figure out that the improvement effects contributed by different donor parents on maize inbred line Tie7922 and the utilization of improved lines, maize inbred line Tie7922 and its 9 improved lines were selected as female parents, ten elite Suwan germplasm inbred lines were used as testers, NCⅡ incomplete genetic mating was designed to analyze the effects of combining ability for main agronomic traits. Partially Balanced Lattice Design was employed in the field experiment which was done in three typical places. The results showed that the improved lines T123, 1164 and QR29 had higher utilization value, 440-4, 1061 and QR25 got some potential utilization, the rest of improved lines such as A30, A26 and 21170 were the poorest. The elite testers selected were S273,S909, 927, T32. Obviously heterosis for the hybrid model that Tie 7922 improved lines×Suwan lines had obvious superiority, the advantage of heterosis pattern Reid×Suwan in breeding process should be further exploited.
