摘  要:将十二水磷酸氢二钠(Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O)与二水柠檬酸钠(Na_3C_6H_5O_7·2H_2O)以不同质量比例混合,制备一系列配比的新型二元相变材料.通过步冷曲线和DSC测试等手段,探索了其结晶及储热性能.实验表明,这些体系的结晶性能均优于Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O单一体系,且有着较好的储热性能.其中,Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O与Na_3C_6H_5O_7·2H_2O质量比为10∶1和10∶2的复合相变材料过冷度均较低,且能维持较高的相变焓,是应用前景良好的低温相变材料.A new series of dual phase change material(PCM)were prepared with different mass ratios of Na2HPO4·12H2O to C6H5Na3·2H2O.The crystallization property and thermal storage performance of these materials were examined by cooling curve and DSC measurement.The experiment results show that these materials have better crystallization property comparing with Na2HPO4·12H2O unitary system and possess nice reservoir performance.The systems have comparably low super-cooling degrees and high phase change enthalpy when the mass ratios of Na2HPO4·12H2O to C6H5Na3·2H2O are 10∶1and 10∶2,indicating their potential to be applied as low temperature PCM.
