摘 要:以黔南州野生美味猕猴桃为试材,通过定期测量野生美味猕猴桃果实的生长状况,并对定期采集野生美味猕猴桃果实样品进行还原性总糖和氨基酸总量的测定,对野生美味猕猴桃的果实生长发育规律进行了研究,为野生美味猕猴桃资源的保护和开发利用提供科学依据。结果表明:3组野生美味猕猴桃的果实坐果率各不相同,6—8月为野生美味猕猴桃体积的快速增长期,之后缓慢增长;干物质含量在6月中旬至10月持续增长,还原性总糖含量6—8月维持相对较低的水平,进入9月后快速增长;氨基酸含量整体呈低-高-低的变化规律。说明野生美味猕猴桃因所处的自然环境条件的不同其坐果率、果实大小等差异较大,6—8月为果实体积的快速生长期,8月16日以后随着干物质和糖等含量的增加,果实品质逐渐改善。To provide scientific basis for the protection and exploitation of the wild kiwifruit resources by exploring the growing development regularity in the wild Actinidia chinensis var. deliciosa fruit. Growth size of the wild Actinidia chinensis var. deliciosa from Qinnan area fruit was regularly measured and the content of reducing polysaccharide and total amino acids were determinated. The results showed that the survival rate was different significantly among three groups of wild Actinidia chinensis var. deliciosa,the fruit volume rapidly grew from June to August,and the dry matter content increased continuously from mid-June to October. On the other hand,the content of the reducing total sugar was maintaining at a relatively lower level between June to August, and the content increased rapidly since September. The content variation of the amino acid was low-high-low throughout the growth process. There were significant differences in survival rate and fruit size at the wild Actinidia chinensis var. deliciosa growth process in different natural environment. The fruit volume rapidly grew from June to August, and the fruit quality improved gradually with increasing of the content of dry matter and sugar after August 16th.
