摘 要:以‘红颜’和‘蒙特瑞’草莓为试材,对比分析了基质育苗与土培育苗对草莓生长发育特性和生物量累积的影响,旨在为培育优质草莓种苗,提高定植成活率提供理论依据。结果表明:基质育苗条件下草莓株高进入快速增长期起始时间和最大生长速率出现时间提前,促使草莓提前进入快速生长期,同时增加了根长、根体积、根与短缩茎生物量,使营养成分较多的积累到根和茎中,进而缩短后期定植的缓苗时间,提高成活率,确保种苗质量。In order to cultivate quality strawberry seedling and provide theoretical basis for enhancing the survival rate of colonization in strawberry,the strawberry ' Hongyan' and ' Mengterui' were selected as test materials to research effects of substrate seedling and soil cultivating seedling on growth characteristics and biomass accumulation in strawberry. The results showed that the continued days of rapid growth and the time of the maximum growth rate occurred of strawberry plant height were earlier in condition of substrate seedling,it promoted strawberry in advance into the fast growth period, and increased the root length,root volume, root and stem biomass,made more nutrients accumulation into root and stem, shortened slow seedling time of the late colonization, improved the survival rate and ensured the quality of strawberry seedling.
