摘　　要：通过水资源支撑指数(WSPI)定量描述北京市水资源短缺程度,表征水资源条件对区域经济的支撑能力.计算了北京市五大流域及区县行政单元的WSPI,据此划分了水资源供需风险等级,并探讨了其与人口、GDP指标的关系.同时综合考虑北京市水资源供需风险因子,结合近十年来的北京市水资源条件数据,拟定水资源风险评估报告,为政府相关部门提供政策建议.The shortage of water resources in Beijing was quantitatively described by Water Supporting Index（ WPSPI）,showing supporting capacity of water resources in regional economic development. The risk levels of water supplying and demanding were divided by the calculation of WSPI in five watershed and administrative units of Beijing,and their relationship with population and GDP was analyzed. Considering the risk factors of water supplying and demanding in Beijing,and combining with recent ten years of water resources data,the water resources risk assessment report was drawn up,which would provide the related departments of the government with policy suggestions.
