摘 要:用失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了银杏(Ginkgo)叶提取物(GLE)对冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L H3PO4溶液中的缓蚀性能。结果表明:GLE对冷轧钢在H3PO4溶液中具有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大,且随温度的升高而增大,GLE在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。动电位极化曲线表明,GLE为混合抑制型缓蚀剂。EIS高频区呈容抗弧,低频区有小段感抗弧,添加GLE后阻抗值显著增加,表现出良好的缓蚀性能。The inhibition effect of Ginkgo Leaves extract( GLE) on the corrosion of cold rolled steel in1. 0 mol / L H3PO4 solution was studied by weight loss,potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS) methods. The results show that GLE is a good inhibitor for cold rolled steel in 1. 0 mol / L H3PO4 solution,and inhibition efficiency increases with the concentration of inhibitor and temperature. The adsorption of GLE on steel surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Potentiodynamic polarization curves show that GLE acts as a mixed- type inhibitor. EIS spectra exhibit one capacitive loop at high frequency and a small inductive loop at low frequency. The impedance increases prominently with the presence of GLE,which confirms that GLE exhibits good inhibitive performance.
