摘 要:为拓展计算机辅助产品设计技术的应用深度,增强CAD平台处理工程知识的能力,从而在提升设计效率的同时保证设计质量,开展了面向CAD系统建模的知识工程应用技术研究,论述了基于框架的知识表达方法,探索并初步实现了一种具备智能化特征的CAD知识建模技术,能够将工程准则、计算程序与几何对象进行融合,支持与设计过程同步的自动化校核,在法兰螺栓联接结构的典型设计实例中得到了应用和验证。The aim was to expand the application depth of CAD product, enhance the capability of engineering knowledge processing. Therefore, the design quality could be keep while the design efficiency was promoted. The technologies of KBE application have been studied to accommodate the CAD system modeling. The approach of Frame-based knowledge representation has been addressed. A kind of intelligent knowledge-based CAD modeling method has been explored and realized to combine the engineering rules, algorithmic processes and geometric objects together. The synchronized automatic check with design process was supported. This method has been applied on the design of flange-bolt joint structure to achieve synchronous design verification.
