河北省科技型中小企业融资难题与对策

摘　　要：河北省经济正处于转型时期,面临产业结构转型升级、经济下行的巨大压力。传统的由生产要素来驱动经济增长必须转变为依靠创新驱动来促进经济增长。其中,科技创新是实现经济增长的重要动力。科技型企业的创新发展是河北省需要重点解决的问题。目前,河北省科技型企业特别是中小企业为河北省经济增长做出了重要贡献,但科技型中小企业资金需求量大、融资渠道单一、融资成本高等融资难题依然突出。政府应加大对科技型中小企业的政策扶持,为科技型中小企业提供个性化、金融服务多元化的融资手段,降低其融资风险,以化解河北省科技型中小企业融资难题。The economy in Hebei province is in transition period which is facing the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, the high pressure of economic downturn. The traditional economic growth driven by factors of production must be driven to rely on innovation to promote economic growth. Among them, the innovation of science and technology is the important power of economic growth. The innovative development of science and technology enterprises in Hebei province is important to solve the problem. At present, Hebei science and technology enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises in Hebei province made important contribution to the economic growth, but small and mid-sized enterprise capital demand, and single financing channel, high financing cost financing difficult problem is still outstanding. The government needs to increase support for small and mid-sized enterprise policy, provide personalized and various forms of financing of financial services to reduce financing risk and then solve the difficulty of financing of small and mid-sized enterprise in Hebei.
