摘　　要：保险文化是保险机构和保险从业人员实践创造的物质成果和精神成果的集合,保险文化建设是构建保险行业核心价值的必要之举,对保险行业的发展具有重大意义。近年来,吉林省保监局开展了一系列保险文化建设活动,在取得成就的同时,我们看到吉林省保险文化建设仍存在着一些问题。针对当前保险文化建设存在的问题,监管部门、保险企业、社会团体等应发挥多方联动作用,共同推进保险文化建设,促进吉林省保险业的健康发展。Insurance culture is a collection of material achievements and spiritual achievements created by insurance institutions and insurance practitioners. The construction of insurance culture is necessary to move the core value of insurance industry construction, which is of great significance to the development of the insurance industry. In recent years, China Insurance Regulatory Commission Jilin Bureau carried out a series of insurance culture construction activities and achieved good results. At the same time, there are still some problems in the construction of insurance culture in Jilin Province. In view of the problems existing in the current construction of insurance culture, the regulators, insurance companies, social organizations should work together to promote the construction of insurance culture, and make the insurance industry in Jilin province to develop in a healthy direction.
