摘　　要：浏阳市桃树湾刘家大屋是清代江南庄园式民居建筑的典范,体现了湘东地区土木建筑的技术成就,是地区民俗文化的艺术精品。文章从建筑选址、空间布局、建造技术、建筑装饰等方面分析了刘家大屋的建筑文化特点,有利于对其保护与更新。Liu Jia Village in Jingang town of Liuyang City is a model of traditional folk dwellings of manor style in the Qing Dynasty, reflected the regional architectural technical achievements in the eastern of Hunan province, and was the avantgarde works of art of regional folk culture. This study analyzes the architectural cultural characteristics of Liu Jia Village from architecture location, spatial layout, construction technology and architectural decoration, etc. which is conducive to the protection and renew of traditional folk dwellings.
