摘　　要：通过阐述北京郊区村落民俗旅游接待户住宅所存在主要问题,分析接待住宅的发展及类型,并对其进行设计研究,探讨京郊地区在开发民俗接待,提高村民收入的同时,如何保持村庄乡土特色的传承,村容村貌的和谐统一,接待住宅功能布局的合理,以满足接待与村民居住的双重要求。Through the elaboration of the main problems existing in residence ot folk-custom reception of Beijing suburb villages, analysis of the development and the type of reception residence as well as its design and research,the essay deals with the exploration of the development of folk reception in the suburb villages of Beijing, improving the income of the villagers ,and at the same time, maintaining the inheritance of the local characteristics,harmony and unity of the village. The function of reception residence should be reasonably laid out to meet the requirement in both reception and villagers＇ living.
