摘 要:柴油机工作性能的好坏与润滑系统有着密切的联系,良好的润滑条件能够保证内燃机的稳定工作。针对某机车厂生产的某高原柴油机进行润滑系统的仿真分析,综合考虑各方面的因素后,确定机油温度为88℃。在转速为标定工况下运用仿真软件AMESim对本款柴油机的润滑系统进行仿真计算。通过AMESim软件进行仿真之后得出所需的机油压力和流量,再根据仿真结果选择一个最优化的方案。The performance of diesel engine has a close connection with lubrication systems. Good lubrication conditions can ensure the stability of internal combustion engine. This article is of a certain locomotive plant production plateau diesel engine lubrication system simulation analysis. After considering all aspects of the factors, it's determined to use the simulation software AMESim for simulation calculation for the lubricating system of the diesel engine when the oil temperature is 88 ℃ and at the rated rotating speed. The required oil pressure and flow can be obtained through the AMESim simulation software. According to the simulation results, the optimal scheme can be chosen.
