摘　　要：根据活塞环的结构及设计要点,对活塞环的布置方式及活塞环开口位置进行了分析。通过改变各活塞环开口之间的角度,解决了一种农用机械单缸发动机研发过程中因活塞环的布置位置不当引发的活塞密封不良故障。经过试验对比,验证了解决措施的有效性。According to the structure and design points of the piston ring, the arrangement mode of the piston ring and the opening position are analyzed. By changing the opening angle between the piston rings, a sealing failure problem caused by im- proper location of the piston ring in an single cylinder engine of agricultural machinery development process is solved. Compared with the experimental results, the validity of the solution is verified.
