摘  要:国际教育服务贸易的动因主要包括政治扩张、经济合作、摆脱经济困境、全球化市场需求和经济利益的驱动。现阶段国际教育服务贸易的构成中,发达国家为主要出口者,发展中国家为主要进口者。发展战略、产业链、产品质量和法律保障成为促进国际教育服务贸易发展的重要因素。国际教育服务贸易的前景广阔,呈现多元国际化发展趋势,贸易模式不断自由化,以及来自于新兴国家的挑战。对国际教育服务贸易的动因进行分析,总结发展的原动力;对国际教育服务贸易发展的特征进行总结,探讨贸易构成、贸易模式和贸易政策;并对国际教育服务贸易的前景进行展望。结合中国国情,提出适合中国发展教育服务贸易的对策建议。The motivation of international education service trade includes political expansion and eco- nomic cooperation, recovering from the economic slowdown, global market demand and economic effect. At present, the developed countries occupy the main share of exporters in international education market with the developing countries the main share of importers. The essential factors for development of educational service trade include development strategy, industry chain, product quality and the legal protection of the trade poli- cy. International education service trade is prospective and diversified. The models of educational service trade are liberalized gradually. And the newly-emerging countries have become competitive in the educational service market. The paper analyzes the motive of international education service trade, sums up the impetus of development and the characteristics of the development of international education service trade. The paper al- so discusses the trade structure, trade patterns and trade policies with the prospect of international education service trade, and based on China's national conditions, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of education service trade in China.
