摘 要:对虾偷死综合征对凡纳滨对虾养殖业造成了严重危害,但是目前还无有效的防控措施。本实验开展了聚维酮碘的体外杀菌实验、生产实验和生物安全性实验,对聚维酮碘防控凡纳滨对虾偷死综合征的作用进行了系统的评估。实验结果显示,聚维酮碘能有效杀灭常见水产致病菌如副溶血弧菌、拟态弧菌、无乳链球菌;投喂含不同浓度聚维酮碘的饲料均未对凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺造成组织损伤;拌料投喂和全塘泼洒聚维酮碘可以让偷死病的死亡量明显下降;全塘泼洒聚维酮碘后水泥养虾池浮游动物和藻类的密度会显著升高。Acute hepatopancreas necrosis syndrome (AHNS) had caused destructive economic losses in the breeding of Litopenaeus vannamei,and there was no effective way to control it so far. In this experiment,we evaluated the disinfectant effect and bio-safety test of povidone iodine (PVP-I). Afterwards,a pond trial was conducted to observe whether the shrimp with AHNS could be controlled by feeding PVP-I feed as well as PVP-I splashing. The results showed that the PVP-I had a strong disinfectant effect and was able to kill the common aquatic pathogenic bacteria such as Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio mimicus and Streptococcus different concentrations of PVP-I feed couldn't cause pathological change of the L.vannamei's liver and pancreas. The mortality was significantly decreased after feeding PVP-I feed and PVP-I splashing. The zooplankton and phytoplankton were increased in cement tank after PVP-I splashing.
