摘 要:以矿用对旋式轴流通风机扩散塔为研究对象,应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对通风机气动性能进行三维流场模拟。通过对仿真结果的压力和流速分析,找出扩散塔结构设计中存在的不足,提出了带导叶的流线型扩散塔结构改进方案,可有效遏制扩散塔出口处回流的形成,改善通风机流道内气流的流动状况,提高对旋轴流式通风机的气动性能,并降低噪声。The three-dimensional flow field simulation of the aerodynamic performance of the fan is carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT, regard the diffusion tower of the rotary axial flow fan in mine as research object. By analyzing the pressure and flow rate of the simulation results, it is found that there are some disadvantages in the structure design of the diffusion tower, an improved structure of streamline diffusion tower with guide vanes was proposed, can effectively prevent the formation of the return flow at the exit of the diffusion tower and improve the flow condition of the airflow in the flow channel of the fan, improve the aerodynamic performance of the rotating axial flow fan and reduce the noise.
