摘　　要：分析了现有弹性夹头整体式卡爪的特点,结合卡盘结构将卡爪分解成几个零件再进行重新组合的思路,提出了一种组合式弹性夹头的结构,它降低了夹头对材料的要求,简化了加工手段,降低了热处理难度,节约了生产成本。Aralysed the existing elastic collet integral claw characteristics, combined with chuck claw is decomposed into several parts, and then combined ideas, a new combined structure is proposed, processing methods and which can reduce the chuck on the material requirements. It not the structure of the type elastic chuck only simplifies the reduce the difficulty of heat treatment, and has the characteristics of low cost
