摘　　要：根据在移动床催化裂解装置上遇到的问题,结合其他类似生产工况的故障现象,分析金属硬密封球阀产生故障的原因,提出在选型和球阀生产中的一些看法和建议;从使用者的角度上,剖析问题,希望对提升国产球阀的产品质量有所帮助。According to the problems in the moving bed catalytic cracking device, combined with the work condition of other similar failure phenomenon, analysis of the metal hard seal ball valve and the reason of the fault is put forward some opinions and suggestions in the production of type selection and ball valve.From user＇s point of view, this paper analyze the problem, hope to help improve the quality of products of domestic ball valve.
