摘  要:文章结合重大件物流搬运的特点,设计了一种面向中小修船领域的物流装备。该装备通过液压平板车潜入水下后将船舶夹紧托起,采用一体化控制技术,运用自动变量泵对平板的下潜、上移、升举、潜降、刹车进行控制,将船舶安全平稳地从水中移载到陆地进行维修改造或从陆地移运到水域,填补了国内10 000吨级以下船舶无需进船坞便可进行有效修理的市场空白。通过船厂应用,表明该物流装备能大大降低中小船厂承接修船业务的门槛,有效改善修船作业环境,缩短船舶维修和保养周期。This paper proposes a logistics equipment used in small and medium shipyards. The equipment is designed according to the characteristics of heavy-lifts material handling. In this system, a hydraulic pallet transporter can dive to be under a ship,clamp it and push it up. With integrated control technology, automatic variable pumps are used to control the diving, floating,lifting, depressing and braking of the transporter flatbeds. The ship can be moved from water to land safely and smoothly for repair or maintenance, or moved from land back to water. This system allows ships of under 10 000 tons to be repaired and maintained without docking. The system has been implemented in a shipyard. The case study demonstrates that the logistics equipment can help bring in new business opportunities in ship maintenance and repair for small and medium shipyards, effectively improve ship maintenance and repair environment, and reduce maintenance and repair cycle time.
