摘　　要：近年来,我国跨境电商发展迅速,但是也面临着诸多问题。为了更好地促进我国跨境电商的发展,文章在分析我国跨境电商发展现状的前提下,总结出了我国跨境电商在新形势下所面临的发展困境,并针对这些困境提出了若干解决对策。希望本研究能够促进我国跨境电商的和谐发展。In recent years, the cross-border electricity suppliers in China has developed rapidly, but also faces many problems. In order to better promote the development of cross-border eletricity supplier in China, based on the analysis of the status quo of the development of cross-border electricity supplier, we summed up the dilemma of development of cross-border electricity suppliers, and put forward some solutions to these difficulties. We hope this study can promote the harmonious development of crossborder electricity supplier in China.
